Emily Mercer is WWD's Women's Fashion Market Editor, Ready-to-Wear and Sportswear Fashion. She joined WWD in 2016 and has been the Women’s Market Editor since 2017, covering global womens ready-to-wear across fashion show reviews during New York Fashion Weeks, news stories and editorial photoshoots. Emily is an alumnus of Purdue University and the Fashion Institute of Technology and is originally from Indiana.
