Coach creative director Stuart Vevers debuted the brand’s fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection on Monday, presenting a “love worn” offering that he found “liberating.”
“When I’m approaching this collection, I’m thinking about what are the things that I really want to reinforce that are different,” he explained in an interview for WWD’s “Designer Details” series.
Vevers found inspiration in the current generation that he described as “disrupting and reappropriating symbols of status.”
“In a way, that feels like a Coach-way to design,” Vevers added. “It’s an exciting thing when you start to think of an idea and it just feels very Coach.”
